Delete Your Data

1. Summary

Ranbhi Notes, developed by RANBHI TRADERS, has no accounts and keeps your notes only on your phone. We hold no copy of them, so you delete them yourself in the app or in your phone's settings. The steps are below.

2. Delete one note

1. Open the note and tap the delete (bin) button at the top. The note moves to the Trash.
2. To remove it for good straight away, tap the bin icon at the top of the main screen to open the Trash, then tap Delete forever on the note.

Notes left in the Trash are removed automatically the first time you open the app after 30 days.

3. Delete all notes

1. Open the Trash and tap Empty Trash to remove everything already deleted, or
2. Open your phone's Settings > Apps > Ranbhi Notes > Storage and tap Clear storage, or
3. Uninstall the app.

Clearing storage or uninstalling deletes every note, including those in the Trash, and cannot be undone.

4. Backups

If Android backup is turned on, a copy of the app's notes may be stored in your own Google account. You can manage or delete it in your phone's backup settings or in your Google account. We have no access to it.

5. Information we hold

The only information we may hold is what you send us yourself, such as support emails. To have it deleted, email info@ranbhitraders.com from the same address, with the subject "Ranbhi Notes data deletion request". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
